All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service. Delivery to remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via your registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp, where applicable. You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation delays, courier issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Nityanand will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided at the time of placing the order.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and products. We will review the issue and assist you according to our applicable return and replacement policy.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the order must be accepted and payment must be made at the time of delivery. COD availability may vary depending on the delivery location.
